Quick Video

So Eighties Matchbox on Saturday was a lot of fun! Thanks for everyone who came along to see us (it really does mean a lot!), and fucking hell... weren't 80s Matchbox amazing? Well I thought they were incredible...

Anyways, it's about 3 weeks on Friday 'til we play at this years Folk Festival, and we'll hopefully have a few more new songs in the set. We had a new new song on Saturday and it seemed to go pretty well, so hopefully it can go on from there!

This is a video of the rehearsal space we used to write the new set, and there's a couple of the new songs on there in their earliest stages (I fuck up on the first bit of Raise The Alarm... shameful!), so have a listen and also support the Basement as it is a great rehearsal space and Brian, the owner, is a lovely guy, and you can practise whilst drinking cream soda!

Evidence of New Songs

Here's a video from our gig in Bournemouth Gardens, just incase you didn't manage to make it down. It features the first two songs in the set, the introduction one and Raise The Alarm.

Click on the Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster poster to purchase tickets, or alternatively message us and we'll put your name down for an advance ticket and then all you got to do is go into Chords and pick it up!

15th May

Hey there,

Pretty happy to say that we're playing Chords on May 15th with the excellent Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster. Should be a wicked night, we're on first and it's gonna be good to see this band live. I was gonna buy tickets but now I don't have to! Tickets are £8 if you can get one from us, but will be £10 on the door. Alternatively, you can buy them right now from your own home/college/wherever the fuck you are from Seetickets.
